  • My wife and I don’t agree on which tea is the best, but we do agree on where to get it! Thanks MadHatters.

  • We had our adoption reception at Mad Hatter’s and it was wonderful!!! Thank you so much for everything. We will always remember your kindness-and your apple pie

  • If you made espresso drinks I’d come to your cafe constantly, instead of once a year or so, as I do now. I really like the cafe a great deal, and do understand that it is Mad Hatter’s TEA House, but I don’t like brewed coffee, and don’t care for tea much, either.

  • You might want to post your business hours on your website. We were looking for a place to eat, but couldn’t tell whether you’d be open.

  • A great place with even better food. Owner took time from her busy schedule to sit down with us and make us feel welcomed. Gina muchas gracias por sus atenciones. When in downtown San Antonio don’t forget to stop by and grab a bite to eat

  • What a great neighborhood spot — I looked forward to coming over for breakfast every day and at the end of the week felt like a regular. If you go for breakfast, get the pancake. And forget about the hassle at Starbucks, their Italian Roast coffee is perfect and plentiful. (I helped myself to seconds and thirds and nobody slapped my hand.)

  • Madhatters is my all time favorite restaurant! My fiance and I go there every now and then and love to try something different often. We have NEVER been disappointed by anything that we have eaten (How many people can say that about any other restaurant?)
The food is so delicious. I absolutely love the Southtown Veggy sandwich and the jalapeno tuna melt. We also have to get the spinach artichoke dip every time because it’s so good. We love your restaurant so much that I am actually writing a lens about it on squidoo to let tourists know about you guys. Everyday should eat there at least once!
Thank you for the great service and friendly attitude. I will eating there again soon 🙂

  • Thank you Melissa and Victor! The bridal shower went off beautifully! The table dressing was perfect, I only added minimal decoration. The food was delicious and was presented in a perfect tea setting. Le Cake delivered a beautiful cake on time and Victor was an big help the day of and is so user friendly!! I would definitely recommend Mad Hatters for any occasion. Always a pleasure when I do visit for breakfast or lunch. Victor you work too hard. Thank you so much!!

  • Madhatters is a wonderful treat! I visited late on Friday afternoon before Mother’s Day to get a pb&j lunch to go. I had enough food left over for breakfast on Saturday! The sandwiches were tasty (and thanks for not laughing about a middle-aged kid ordering them)and the fruit included was so very fresh. I recommend you to everyone I know visiting San Antonio.

  • A couple of my friends were visiting San Antonio, and we found Mad Hatters while sightseeing. We absolutely loved it! Now we want to make another trip to San Antonio just to visit Mad Hatters again! Everything is just great! It would be SUPER great if we could buy tea off of the website. I bought some there and I’m trying my best to make it last.

  • I love Madhatters! Great food! Is there any way I could have the recipe for one of your sides? It was the black bean & corn salad, it was delicious! Thank you very much!
